I beg to move, in page 56, line 22, at the end, to insert: (2) The powers conferred by this Section shall be exercisable in like manner and subject to the like provisions and restrictions as they are exercisable by the Board concerned for the purpose of the supply of electricity in the area or District of the Board. This does almost exactly the same as the last Amendment, except that it relates to the case where a board is providing a supply of electricity outside its area. It is to be bound in relation to its activities outside its area in exactly the same way as it would be bound in relation to its activities inside the area.
