I beg to move, in page 24, line 6, at the end, to insert: Provided that the Minister shall consult the Central Authority before making any such order. This Amendment and the following one, in line 9, at end to insert,". and they shall consult that Board before making any such order, "are designed to meet a request made by hon. Gentlemen opposite during the Committee stage. It provides that the Minister, when exercising his powers under Clause 16, which relates to the transfer of property between one board and another, shall consult the Central Authority and the board before he exercises his powers.
