§ 46. Mr. Garry Allighanasked the Prime Minister whether, before any agreement committing this country to any form of joint defence, involving armaments or other aspect of the national defence policy is signed with any other nation, other than 29 a Dominion, it will' be submitted to this House for approval, as distinct from ratification after signature.
