§ Mr. BevanNo, Sir. The Health Ministers will be answerable for these services and, therefore, for their administration by the local or regional bodies set up for the purpose. But it is to be hoped that the proper responsibilities of those bodies will not be diminished by too many inquiries on detailed day-to-day matters unless some point of general importance is involved.
