§ Mr. BevanThe information I require is a copy of the council's resolution, plans of the land, and the district valuer's report. The answer to the second part of the Question is "Not yet" and the third part does not, therefore, arise.
§ Mr. OsborneDoes not the Minister think it a pity that this scheme has been held up for months now, and the local council alleges that the delay was in his Department originally? Can he not expedite the matter?
