Amendments made: In page 71, line 16, leave out from the first "the," to the third "to," in line 17, and insert: Minister may—

  1. (a) specify an area, and
  2. (b) direct the Commission."

In line 19, leave out from "to," to the end of line 20, and insert: the area so specified and the Commission shall give effect to any such directions."—[Mr. Barnes.]
