asked the Attorney-General (1) whether he will state the number of British nationals whose evidence before the International Military Tribunal was requested but who declined to give evidence, distinguishing between those requested by the prosecution and those requested by the defence.
(2) whether he will state the number of British nationals who gave evidence for prosecution and defence, respectively, at the International Military Tribunal at Nuremberg, distinguishing between evidence provided verbally and that furnished in writing.
