or an order varying or revoking any such order.Under Clause 16 it is provided that the power conferred on the appropriate Minister to make an order prescribing the amount of hill sheep or hill cattle subsidy payment should be construed as including power to vary or revoke the order by a subsequent order. This Amendment merely provides that varying or revoking orders should also be laid before Parliament.

made under the provisions of this Act relating to.The reason for this is that paragraph (e) of Clause 36 (1) is defective in that it fails to provide for the laying before Parliament of the instrument by which Clause 17 varies or revokes existing regulations. The effect is that all regulations will come before the House.
