asked the Minister of Agriculture by what date he anticipates the new Agricultural Advisory Service will be in full operation.

As previously announced, the intention is to establish the National Agricultural Advisory Service on 1st October next. The Service will be developed to full strength as soon thereafter as circumstances permit.
