21. Mr. Boyd-Carpenter

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will press, at the next meeting of the United Nations, for the giving of complete Press and radio facilities by all members for the official statements of members of the organisation.

Mr. McNeil

His Majesty's Government will take every opportunity to emphasise their view that full publicity for the work and proceedings of the United Nations is essential to the success of the organisation.
