Mr. Isaacs

There are seven men in the Blackburn area awaiting training in carpentry and joinery. There are five training centres in Lancashire in which training in carpentry is now being given at Accrington, Amtree, Manchester, Pendleton and Wallasey. In addition, new centres for training in building trades are being built at Liverpool, Denton and Radcliffe (Manchester) and Preston.
