Mr. Creech JonesI presume that my hon. Friend has in mind the further White Paper which it is proposed to issue on the subject of marketing of West African cocoa. I regret that my right hon. Friend's consultations on the details of the future organisation are not yet complete, and it is not yet possible to say when a further statement can be made.
