§ Mr. TomlinsonI am aware and regret that in Paragraph (1) of Statutory Rule and Order No. 371, 1946, the word "of" has been printed instead of "or" in Paragraph (6B), sub-paragraph (b) of Defence Regulation Fifty-six A. The mistake occurred owing to an accident to the type at the Stationery Office after the proof had been read. Since the Order in Council itself was in the correct form, I was advised that the matter could be put right by an erratum slip, which was done as soon as the mistake was discovered.
