§ 22. Mr. Errollasked the Minister of Fuel and Power whether he will make available in respect of the years ended 31st March, 1942, 1943 and 1944 respectively, the certificates of information referred to in the First Schedule to the Finance Act, 1938.
§ Mr. ShinwellUnder the Finance Act, 1942, the Minister of Fuel and Power was relieved of the duty during the period of the war of laying the certificates which were required under Section 2 of the Finance Act, 1938. Information in respect of the years mentioned in the Question was seriously affected by war conditions, but I will consider whether there is any information which could now be made available.
