§ Sir B. SmithI am aware that there has recently been a number of complaints of this nature and I am looking into the matter to see what steps can be taken to prevent their repetition. With regard to the second part of the Question, it is usual for the dairyman to refund to his customer the cost of milk which turns sour after delivery; there are no Ministry of Food regulations on the subject.
