asked the Under secretary of State for Air if he will now arrange that duty-free cigarettes can be sent to all personnel at the Iraq and Persia R.A.F. stations.

We are discussing this matter with the War Office and the Board of Trade. Members of the Royal Air Force serving in Persia and Iraq are, of course, entitled to a free issue of 50 cigarettes a week and to buy up to 75 a week duty free from N.A.A.F.I.
