76. Lieut.-Colonel Lindsayasked the Minister of Labour how he reconciles the call up on 13th November, 1945, of Mr. 235 C. W. Fisher, of 118, Bradbury Road, Olton, Birmingham, a toolmaker employed by the Pennant Manufacturing Company, Limited, and born in 1921, with the decision not to call up toolmakers born before 1923; and whether he will give instruction for his immediate release.
