The Chancellor of the Exchequer (Sir John Anderson): I beg to move, That the Bill be re-committed to a Committee of the whole House in respect of the Amendments to Clause 2, page 2, line 32 and Clause 59, page 42, line 44, standing on the Notice Paper in the name of Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer. May I say that the Government have no objection to accepting the Amendment to this Motion, which is to be moved by my hon. Friend the Member for Scarborough and Whit by (Mr. Spearman)?
