§ Mr. HicksI would refer my hon. Friend to the answer given by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Works to the Member for East Fulham (Mr. Astor) on 14th February when it was stated that the precise figures of cost could not be quoted. I have no reason to suppose that the figures which were discussed with the industry will not be largely met when the necessary markets have been created to justify regular continuous foaming on a large scale. The present price is of course very much higher.
