§ Mr. H. MorrisonYes, Sir. This matter was dealt with in the final report of the Speaker's Conference, and in the Bill which the Government hope to introduce to implement the major outstanding recommendations of that Conference there will be included a provision to enable persons who through physical incapacity are unable to attend a polling station, to vote as absent voters.
