asked the President of the Board of Trade what countries, in addition to Egypt, have recently been removed from the list of those countries to which all exports from the United Kingdom must be covered by an export licence.

Following is the information:

Territories recently removed from the list of those for which all exports from the United Kingdom require an export licence.

Removed with effect from 15th January, 1943.

Removed with effect from 18th November, 1944.

As a result the only countries which now remain on the list of those for which all exports from the United Kingdom require an export licence are the following:
