§ 38. Colonel Lyonsasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will arrange through the Colonial Research Committee for the early production and circulation throughout the Colonies of simple technical and scientific films suitable for all races of all ages and both sexes.
§ Colonel StanleyI am considering my hon. and gallant Friend's suggestion, but I would add that the production of the type of films mentioned, to which I attach importance, is severely limited by wartime conditions.
