Mr. David Jonesasked the Minister of War Transport whether he is now in a position to give the amount of and the date on which, compensation will be paid for the loss of the motor fishing boats "La Belle" and "Hannah" sunk in Hartlepool dock on the night of 19th January, 1945, when the ss. "Empire Gulliver," on charter to his Department, broke from her moorings and was the cause of the loss of the two fishing vessels mentioned above.
