§ Mr. WillinkThe functions of the Scottish Housing Association are, of course, somewhat special. They are now concentrating, I understand, on special types of houses of unconventional construction and we all know that the housing situation in Scotland when that Association was formed was, and still is, very difficult. At present I do not myself see any need for the formation of a general association covering the whole of England.
