asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when it is proposed to introduce the Bill to amend the Rules Publication Act, 1893.

This matter is still under consideration and I regret that I am not yet in a position to make any statement.

Will the right hon. Gentleman keep in mind the urgency of dealing with this Act in view of the very large number of orders now being issued and the necessity of bringing the Act up to date?
