I beg to move, in page 40, line 16, to leave out "or."

This and the following Amendment in my name stand together. The Clause does not include Section 140 of the Public Health (London) Act, 1936, or its equivalent Section, Section 107 of the Public Health Act, 1936. The case of London is frequently omitted in Bills and we have to move Amendments to make them applicable to London. The purpose of these Amendments is to do that in respect of this Bill.
