§ The Solicitor-GeneralI beg to move, in page 28, line 7, at end, to insert:
or necessitated by a decision on an interim development application made by the person carrying on the undertaking for permission to develop land to which Section twenty-eight of this Act applies or by the revocation or modification of an interim development permission granted on such an application or by the postponement of the consideration of such an application.These words are necessitated by the special provisions which are being introduced with regard to interim development, and for that purpose I commend them to the Committee.

§ The Attorney-GeneralI beg to move, in page 29, line 4, to leave out from the beginning to the first "the," in line 6, and to insert:
(4) The provisions of the Schedule (Procedure for dealing with objections) to this Act shall have effect in relation to the making of an Order on the representation if any objection thereto is duly made, and, subject to those provisions in a case in which they have effect.This Amendment should be read with a later Amendment in line 8. The two are part of a series on the subject of the new procedure with dealing with objections.
