Captain Duncanasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will instruct Colonial Governments that, when conditions make it possible to resume publication of Colonial Annual Reports, the first reports published should contain a short history of the events, progress and developments which have taken place since the publication of reports was suspended.
