asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he can state what action he is taking to carry out recommendation No. XV of the Hill Sheep Farming Committee's report, that the department of agriculture should prepare a marketing organisation for all Scottish wool.

My right hon. Friend is at present discussing this particular recommendation with the right hon. Gentleman the Minister of Agriculture and will make an announcement as soon as he is in a position to do so.
