HC Deb 27 July 1944 vol 402 cc871-2
13. Mr. J. Griffiths

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what is the number of persons who are still disabled by accidents sustained prior to 1924 and who have not benefited by subsequent legislation; and if he will give consideration to the inclusion of these in any forthcoming legislation on workmen's compensation.

Mr. H. Morrison

I regret that I have no information as to the number of such cases. As regards the future I cannot anticipate the Government's proposals, but these cases will be borne in mind.
