§ Colonel StanleyTwenty-five Maltese British subjects are at present being held in detention in Uganda on behalf of the Government of Malta. Of the original party of 42, 17 were repatriated last year after all the cases had been reviewed. The cases of the remainder are at present again under review by the Governors with a view to possible repatriation and release.
