§ Mr. HarveyWill my right hon. and gallant Friend see that an announcement is made as soon as plans are completed? It would give great encouragement.
§ Colonel StanleyYes, Sir, as my hon. Friend knows, there is now a reconstruction commission in Palestine and as soon as plans are prepared, no doubt they will be published.
