§ The Minister of Agriculture (Mr. R. S. Hudson)I beg to move, in page 1, line 146 19, after "county," to insert "wholly or mainly."
The object of the Amendment is to ensure that certain officers of county councils who, in addition to their main occupation of giving advice and education on agricultural matters, also perform certain other functions in connection with drainage, small holdings, etc., come within the terms of the Sub-section.
