asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Works who is bearing the expense of the buildings tests now being prepared for at the building research station.

The cost of the research work to be carried out by the Building Research Station will be borne by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, the erection and the cost of the experimental houses at the Building Research Station being the responsibility of my Ministry.
