§ Colonel LlewellinIn reply to the first part of the Question I have nothing to add to the statement made on 26th January by my right hon. and gallant Friend the Secretary of State for the Colonies. In reply to the second part, the purchases mentioned will represent only a small part of the United Nations' requirements, and so long as the present international and national distribution arrangements continue these supplies will be distributed through that machinery.
