§ THE VICE-CHAMBERLAIN OF THE HOUSEHOLD (Major A. S. L. YOUNG) reported the Answer of the Counsellors of State to the Address, as followeth:
§ We Counsellors of State, to whom have been delegated certain Royal functions as specified in Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated July the 22nd, 1944, have received your Address to His Majesty praying that the Pensions (Increase) Act (Extension) Order, 1944, be made in the form of the draft laid before Parliament.
§ We will give directions in accordance with your Address.
