§ Mr. ButlerThere are 315 local education authorities in England and Wales. I am not sure to what my hon. Friend refers when he speaks of schemes for educational reconstruction. If he has in mind schemes under Part II of the Education Act, 1921, the answer is that no such scheme has been made and that that part of the Act is in abeyance. But perhaps he will communicate with me on this subject.
