asked the Secretary of State for India what part of the Indian Census Record, 1941, has been published in India?

In addition to tables for individual Provinces, States and Agencies published last year, Part I of Volume I of the Census of India, 1941, was published in India on 31st March, 1943. So far as I am aware, no other Part has been published up to date.
