§ Colonel StanleyThere is a Cost of Living Committee in Tanganyika, and the Civil Service bonuses mentioned in the answer I gave to my hon. Friend on 14th July were arrived at after inquiries instituted by this Committee into comparative individual budgets for 1939 and 1943. I am placing a copy of the Committee's Report in the Library of the House.
