§ 31. Mr. Thorneasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of War Transport whether he is aware that on account of bad lighting at two shunting places, of which he has been informed, a number of shunting accidents have taken place; and what he intends doing about the matter?
§ Mr. Noel-BakerI have made inquiries, and I understand that there has been only one slight accident this year at one of the places referred to by my hon. Friend; and that there have been no accidents at 2079 all at the other. At both places, the lighting is of the standard permitted in this area.
