§ The President of the Board of Trade (Mr. Dalton)The work of the Trading with the Enemy Department, for which my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer and I are jointly responsible, has declined in some sections but increased in others. The total staff on 1st September, 1942, was 192, and on 1st February, 1943, 186.
