§ Sir J. GriggI should like to take this opportunity of expressing my sincere regret for the loss of life which resulted from this accident. A court of inquiry has been held into the ease, and I am satisfied that nobody was to blame for what happened. The dependants of the officer and the men killed will be considered for awards under the normal rules by the Ministry of Pensions.
