§ Mr. DaltonLast year Mrs. Robins applied for replacement of five lost clothing books, belonging to herself or members of her family. In each case replacement was made in full, amounting in all to 206 coupons. I cannot undertake to replace coupons which are lost through negligence. When Mrs. Robins made this latest application, one of my officers called to make further inquiries. No satisfactory explanation of the loss was given, and, in the circumstances, it was decided that no further replacement could be made.
