Mr. Craven-Ellisasked the Minister of Agriculture whether he will take what steps are necessary to secure early possession of farm cottages, which at one time formed part of an agricultural holding and are now let to tenants who are in no way interested in agriculture, where such cottages are essential to the proper management of the farm?
§ The Minister of Agriculture (Mr. R. S. Hudson)The Rent Restrictions Acts make appropriate provision for farmers or their landlords to apply to the court for recovery of possession of such cottages, and I do not consider that additional facilities are required.
