Alexander)Naval personnel who own cars are allowed petrol coupons while on leave from active service for recreational purposes and for travelling to and from their leave addresses. For recreational purposes they may obtain sufficient petrol for 300 miles every six months, and for travelling to and from their leave addresses sufficient for up to 250 miles every three months.
