§ The Paymaster-General (Sir William Jowitt)As I informed my hon. Friend the Member for Colne Valley (Mr. Glenvil Hall) on 30th April, an Interdepartmental Committee is considering the machinery necessary to secure that release from the Forces is effected according to an orderly system of priorities. Very careful attention will be paid to the needs of industry and the export trade.
