§ The Postmaster-General (Mr. W. S. Morrison)The cards of clothing coupons were stolen by a storeman, who has since been convicted and sentenced, together with three other persons, not in Post Office employment, charged with receiving. Nearly 23,000 of the missing coupons have been recovered.
