§ 27. Sir Percy Hurdasked the Under-secretary of State for War the result of his inquiries into instances which have 1317 been brought to his notice, of want of cooperation between workshops of the Royal Army Service Corps and Royal Army Ordnance Corps and members of the Royal Air Force, with resultant waste of time and public money; and whether instructions will be issued to ensure reform?
§ Mr. SandysThere already exist clear instructions stressing the need for helpful co-operation between different branches of the Army, and the duty of affording assistance to the other Services is well understood. From the information supplied I have been unable to trace either of the incidents referred to; but if my hon. Friend can send me fuller particulars, I shall be glad to make further inquiries.
