§ Mr. BevinI have a great deal of sympathy with the point made by my hon. and gallant Friend, but it will be appreciated that the holiday arrangements of each factory must be planned primarily with reference to the organisation of the factory and the needs of production. I hope, however, that employers will do what is practicable to meet requests from employees in such cases as that referred to in the Question.
