§ Captain PilkingtonI would refer the hon. Member to the reply which was given to him on 24th June. No reply has yet been received from the Governor of Malta, but in view of his many preoccupations at the present time it will be appreciated that some delay in dealing with a matter of this kind is to be expected. He has, however, been pressed for a reply, and I will see that the hon. Member is informed of his answer.
